Shipping & Liability: All orders are shipped via DHL. For shipments selected without insurance and tracking, Gousi cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or non-delivery once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law. In such cases, no free replacement or refund will be issued for lost or untraceable parcels.
Incorrect Address & Uncollected Shipments: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment within the carrier’s holding period (including insured/tracked orders), any reshipment will require the customer to cover additional shipping costs.
RETURNS
Please note that we take great care in handcrafting our products and strive to reduce waste and overproduction, particularly in the fashion industry. Therefore, we would like you to be aware of what you buy and we kindly ask you to refrain from returning the bag due to personal preferences.
However, if your product arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described on our website, you have the right to return it within fourteen days. In this case, please follow the instructions below:

2. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the costs of returning the items, and we do not cover customs fees for international returns.
